Everything in the model is priced off one thing: shopping a client's policy to other carriers. That's a remarket, and it's counted per account (one client, all their policies together), not per quote.
credits, for a standard remarket on one account.
Enrichment draws an additional credit when it applies. It's a checkbox you set once, and it only fires when there's data worth adding.
credits a month for every 1,000 accounts we monitor, free for your first three months. More on this below.
Credits don't expire. They last as long as you need.
Packages step down in price per credit as they get larger. The smallest is 500 credits at $5,000. This is the whole of the pricing, there is nothing else to add on.
Credits per package. Price per credit falls by about five times between the smallest package and the largest.
If you run short before you're ready to buy another package, you can buy credits individually at $20 a credit, with no minimum. Five credits is $100. One more remarket is $160, or $180 with enrichment.
Credits bought this way cost more than credits in a package, so it's there to keep you moving rather than as a way to buy regularly.
Remarket counts are a range because enrichment draws an additional credit when it applies. The lower figure assumes every remarket is enriched, the higher assumes none is. Both figures assume every credit goes to remarketing; account monitoring draws from the same balance, which is covered next.
Monitoring watches your whole book and tells you which accounts are worth remarketing. It is the thing that makes the credits worth spending, and it runs whether or not you remarket that month.
Free for your first three months, from the day you're onboarded.
After that it draws from the same credit balance, at 15 credits a month for every 1,000 accounts we monitor. It's charged on the size of your book and the time elapsed, not per event, so put more of your book on the platform and it costs more; put less on and it costs less.
Monitoring takes a slice of the balance before you remarket anything, so the remarket counts in the table above are the most you could run rather than what you will. Once the free window ends, a book of 1,000 accounts draws around 180 credits a year, roughly 12% of a 1,500-credit package, or about twenty-two remarkets' worth. It's a small share of the whole, but it isn't nothing, and it's better to know it going in.
225 credits, free. That's twenty-five remarkets with enrichment included, enough to run the platform against a real slice of your book and see what comes back before you buy anything.
Plus the three months of free account monitoring above, so you can see which accounts are worth working while you're still trying it.
The 225 is a floor rather than a ceiling. A larger agency may be granted more.
Through September, a person handles the purchase rather than a checkout.
